We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and inspect product quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate positivity and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and willingness to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in varying temperatures and physical environments.
