1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading company in the industry. As a full-time team member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wage up to $24.50 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 7:15 AM. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties including selecting and receiving stock, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, cleaning, inventory counting, and interacting effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
