Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk regularly.
• Work in varying temperatures.
