1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with the team and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to challenges.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
