2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient stock handling and warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.

• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
