Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join Civista Bank's Wealth Management team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Advisors and the Management Team by providing exceptional administrative skills and fostering growth within Civista Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to internal Financial Consultants and clients of Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist in conducting monthly audits of Wealth Management accounts to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing personal development activities to stay abreast of compliance initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to concentrate and work with computer screens.
  • Capacity to handle tasks under diverse conditions with a focus on accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
  • Availability for occasional travel for meetings and training.
