As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the success of the client's online presence. This role is expected to be on a hybrid schedule in Boston, Massachusetts.
- Recommend practical insights by analyzing site experience data, customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and funnel analysis.
- Ensure accurate website reporting and tagging for relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.
- Enhance and maintain ongoing reporting to monitor business trends.
- Build out a reporting repository for self-service and document best data-pulling practices.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology or quantitative field.
- 6-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, tag management tools, and digital media channels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CDP, DMP platforms, with SQL experience being a plus.
- Positive attitude, critical thinking, and excellent time management skills.
