Job Description

The New England College of Optometry is seeking a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor of Cornea and Contact Lens to join the Department of Specialty and Advanced Care at NECO and work in the clinical care system at NECO Center for Eye Care (NCEC) Commonwealth. This position offers the opportunity for a tenure track or non-tenure track appointment. The ideal candidate will contribute both clinical and academic expertise, including lecturing and laboratory instruction in the Cornea and Contact Lens track, and providing primary and specialty contact lens services at NCEC Commonwealth.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
  • Massachusetts Optometry License with TPA certification
  • At least five years of related experience, or completion of accredited optometric residency on Cornea and Contact Lens
