Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Equipment Operator to join our team at Constellation Energy. As the nation's largest producer of clean, carbon-free energy, Constellation is at the forefront of the clean energy revolution. In this role, you will operate, inspect, and service plant equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment in a nuclear power plant environment.
• Determine equipment operating status, troubleshoot issues, and report to supervisors.
• Record and document operational events and changes.
• Provide training and direction to operations personnel.
• Participate in fire protection duties and emergency response activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of college-level training in math/science courses.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and prints.
• Pass required physical and aptitude tests.
• Compliance with NRC and industry standards.
• Completion of safety and operational training.
• Starting Pay Rate: $36.54 per hour.
