Rise Baking Company is looking for an experienced Cake Decorator & Traveling Trainer based in Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, bakery training, and cake decorating expertise to client accounts. Your duties will include training in-store bakery personnel on cake decorating techniques, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch service. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of cake decorating experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
