Responsibilities

• Help individuals with daily activities, personal care, and hygiene needs.
• Assist participants in achieving their developmental goals and engaging in community activities.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure the well-being of participants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and responsibility.
• Valid Standard Driver's license with 1 or more years of driving experience.
