CDL Class B

Job Description

We are hiring a CDL Class B Driver/Crane Operator to join Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor of roofing materials and building products in the US and Canada. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient delivery of materials to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to job sites, performing pre-inspections and ensuring accurate loads.
• Operate a knuckle boom crane truck or similar equipment for unloading, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and branch management to guarantee timely deliveries and report any potential hazards.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Class B CDL license and 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• NCCCO & Crane Institute Certification required.
• Experience with crane operations, rigging techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions independently and in a team setting.
