Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians at Centria Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Your role will involve using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We welcome candidates who are passionate, patient, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided for successful candidates, no prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach various skills to children with autism.
- Work collaboratively with BCBA to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Requirements
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
