We are seeking dedicated individuals to join Centria Autism as Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians. In this crucial role, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We value candidates who are passionate, patient, and team-oriented, and we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success, even without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
