Job Description

We are seeking passionate and certified Personal Trainers to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a member of our training staff, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized training sessions to our members, guiding them on their health and fitness journey through our UPLIFT values and ensuring a world-class training experience.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, delivering complimentary training sessions for existing members, and creating a supportive and connected community for all clients. You will also be part of creating an approachable and inclusive environment, engaging with members and guests in a friendly and energetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Schedule and deliver complimentary personal training sessions for existing VASA members.
• Adapt exercise programming to fit the specific needs of each client, creating a caring and connected approach throughout the client journey.
• Create a supportive, connected community for all clients utilizing VASA programs and resources.
• Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage, ensuring consistency in appearance, safety protocols, and cleaning activities.

Benefits

• Base pay starts at $12.00 per hour, with average pay reaching $18.00 per hour.
