We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join the Denver Health team at the Webb Adult Clinic. As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise clinical personnel and provide expert patient care and education in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily clinic operations and provide leadership to the care team.
• Assess patient needs and provide education on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, maintain documentation, and reassess patients as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of professional nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• Valid RN license from DORA and BLS certification from AHA.
• Proficiency in EHR and basic Office Suite skills preferred.
