We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Caregivers to join Charter Senior Living. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). You will assist residents with their daily living activities, contribute to the implementation of care plans, and help residents live with dignity and quality.

Essential Duties:

• Provide assistance with daily activities such as medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents while respecting their independence and confidentiality.
• Document daily assistance provided and communicate resident issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents, visitors, and coworkers.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as CNA, STNA, GNA, CHHA or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
• Experience with the elderly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a team, and communicate effectively.
