Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join our team at Anderson Insurance Associates, Inc. As a key player in our commercial lines operations, you will be responsible for managing accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling various account-related tasks with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Secure and submit required renewal underwriting information.
• Renew coverage, remarket/rewrite existing accounts.
• Quote and propose expansion or new business.
• Process Certificates of Insurance.
• Advise clients on coverage and options, resolve issues on their behalf.
• Document all account activity and client communication diligently.

Requirements

• Preferred five years of experience in a similar position with commercial Property & Casualty background.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and insurance management systems.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license is a must.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic or similar software is advantageous.

Education/Licensing

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Additional insurance designations such as CIC or CISR are a plus.
