Responsibilities
- Sales, Revenue, and Profit Margins
- Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Managing near-term opportunities
- Business development activities and estimating proficiency
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing, sales, and business development experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and project management skills
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus
