Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the restoration and construction industry. Collaborating with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales management and execution
- Revenue production oversight
- Profit margin analysis and improvement
- Accounts receivable management
- Business development activities
- Estimating proficiency and project budgeting
- Customer satisfaction management
- Coordination with internal teams for project execution
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating proficiency and large loss experience
- Strong project management and financial acumen
- Experience with Xactimate and estimating software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- OSHA certification, CPR and First Aid preferred
