Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in the aftermath of disasters.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Strong communication, project management, and financial skills
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role
