Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with owners and managers of properties damaged by disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
