The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the restoration and construction industry. Working with property owners and managers, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and environmental services following disasters. The Project Director will oversee sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & Collections, business development, estimating proficiency, customer satisfaction, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Overseeing revenue production and billing processes
• Developing project budgets and ensuring margin integrity
• Managing accounts receivables and collections
• Working with clients and claims handling teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction business development
• Proficiency with estimating software like Xactimate
• Strong project management and financial knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in related field
