Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services post-disasters.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in the construction or restoration industry
- Experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
