Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating experience
- Ability to attend networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Xactimate
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
