Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a critical role in managing and closing new business opportunities for restoration, renovation, and roofing services in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties affected by disasters. This position involves collaborating with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities.
- Develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services.
- Ensure revenue production in line with monthly goals.
- Oversee project budgets to maintain target margins.
- Work with various internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development experience in the restoration or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Xactimate and estimating software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
