Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with owners and managers of various properties, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Project Director must meet or exceed sales goals, oversee revenue production, manage profit margins, handle AR & collections, manage near-term opportunities, engage in business development activities, ensure estimating proficiency, focus on customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management and financial processes
- OSHA and CPR certifications preferred
