Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with property owners and managers of damaged properties to develop cost estimates for restoration and renovation services.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration
