Job Description
BluSky is seeking a Construction Project Director to manage and close new business opportunities in the restoration and construction industry. The Project Director will work with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services. This role requires overseeing sales, revenue generation, profit margins, collections, business development, estimating proficiency, customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Oversee revenue production
- Develop project budgets in compliance with target margins
- Manage AR & Collections
- Work directly with clients & claims handling teams
- Coordinate with internal teams (Mitigation, Reconstruction, Business Development, Project Accountants)
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Extensive construction estimating experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and project management skills
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
