Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities, estimating restoration and construction costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction in restoration, renovation, and roofing services. The role involves overseeing sales, revenue production, profit margins, accounts receivable, and internal team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Oversee revenue production, project budgets, and project costs to maintain profit margins.
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, project schedules, and project profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including mitigation, reconstruction, business development, and project accountants.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry.
- Construction estimating and large loss experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
- OSHA certification and strong project management skills preferred.
