Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a critical role in managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development activities. Working closely with property owners and managers of properties affected by disasters, you will be responsible for developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Negotiate and execute contracts for all services offered by BluSky.
- Oversee revenue production in line with monthly goals.
- Develop project budgets to meet target margins.
- Maintain AR & Collections processes and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy are necessary.
