Job Description
Join the TPC Network team as a Cook III at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia. TPC Sugarloaf, featuring 27 holes of private golf designed by Greg Norman, offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Cook to showcase advanced culinary techniques.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of food production to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
- Oversee sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen areas.
- Prepare food orders, develop menu specials, and assist in supervision of kitchen staff.
- Follow safety and health regulations and uphold TPC Brand Standards.
- Ensure timely service and achieve quality food production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of two years of culinary experience or training.
- Proficient in food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and safe handling procedures.
Physical Demands
Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and ability to comply with safety regulations.
Work Environment
Shift work based on business levels with potential team lead responsibilities.
