Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Harbor Rental And Saw Shop as a Counter Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, processing orders, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be involved in showroom maintenance, inventory management, and collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Process orders, payments, and returns.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Collaborate with the sales team on quotes and estimates.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and measurements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in building materials is a plus.
