Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a Critical Infrastructure Manager I to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment in our data center(s). The role involves ensuring mission-critical uptime, serving as a technical resource, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 facility operations and on-call responsibilities.
• Coordinate maintenance of mission-critical equipment for 99.999% uptime.
• Drive operational excellence and disaster recovery efforts.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Create and maintain detailed operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of critical infrastructure environment experience.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 3+ years of data center operation experience.
• Advanced technical skills and training in management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
