As a Customer Account Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating payment collections, lease agreement renewals, and personalized customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely payments.
  • Engage with customers to discuss lease agreement benefits and encourage renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person visits and phone conversations.
  • Assist in achieving revenue and renewal targets set by the management team.
  • Handle merchandise returns and deliveries as needed.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (United States) or 18 years old (Canada).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and multitasking.
