Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers via voice, chat, and email channels to ensure satisfaction.
• Navigate through various systems and tools to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill enhancement programs.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293 as this is an on-site position.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask while assisting customers.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow within a reputable company and work both independently and collaboratively.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
