Job Description
First Student is now hiring a Diesel Mechanic for our shop serving the Hillsborough Township and Hunterdon County School Districts. Join our team to work on maintaining and repairing school buses, ensuring vehicle readiness and safety. As a Diesel Mechanic with us, you will have the opportunity to assist with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and vehicle/equipment repairs.

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required; Willingness to obtain CDL while employed
- At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education
- Possess a mechanic’s tool set
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
- Subject to a drug test
