Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Customer Development to join our team at CROSSMARK. In this role, you will demonstrate deep knowledge of the retail landscape, understand market dynamics, and establish yourself as a key resource for the retailer's leadership. Your focus will be on driving sales, exploring revenue opportunities, and maintaining CROSSMARK's brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the retailer's P&L, including revenue, payroll, and T&E expenses.
- Provide leadership to team members, fostering positive growth and addressing business and ethical issues.
- Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients surpassing retailer expectations.
- Cultivate and enhance business relations with the retailer through innovative services and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Retailer ISE/Fairshare programs to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years in the CPG industry with 2 years in headquarter selling
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions: Office and field environment with minimal travel requirements
