Job Description
Join our team at CROSSMARK as a District Manager, where you will coordinate and oversee a regional territory of retail service merchandisers. This role involves providing guidance, tracking project completions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers, serving as the primary company contact.
- Track and manage project completions in the assigned region, meeting set completion goals monthly.
- Communicate work assignments and project expectations clearly to the team.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director on issues related to Service Representatives.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while documenting communication with retail merchandisers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Internet-related tools.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach.
