Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join Badger Daylighting Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will play a key role in expanding our business within a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate is a natural sales hunter who excels at acquiring new business and providing top-notch account management.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive business development activities in a field sales capacity.
- Focus on business growth through acquisition and account management.
- Develop a strategic growth plan to drive financial success and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote company services to meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal sales guidelines when preparing contracts.
- Offer reliable post-sales support and feedback.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong time management and planning abilities.
- Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $36,000.00 - $55,000.00, with additional uncapped commissions and a 6-month commission guarantee. Compensation is dependent on factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and market data alignment.
Pre-employment screening, including background checks, MVR history, and drug tests, are mandatory requirements. Supervisory references and education verification are also necessary.
