Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive financial performance and profitability targets.
- Lead the management life cycle with a focus on operational excellence.
- Manage inventory, quality, safety, payroll, scheduling, and employee relations.
- Build community relations and uphold our standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume Restaurant General Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and inspire hospitality in others.
- Experience with P&L responsibilities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
