Global Marketing Manager

Job Description

Astrophysics Inc. is looking for a talented Global Marketing Manager to join our team in City of Industry, California. This role requires an experienced marketing professional with multi-cultural exposure to oversee and execute global marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of Marketing Managers in regional offices, manage brand initiatives, and drive successful omni-channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies in coordination with HQ management.
• Manage and guide regional marketing personnel to ensure effective product training and marketing activities.
• Create and launch successful omni-channel marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Lead brand management, public relations initiatives, and oversee participation in PR events.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Global and multi-cultural exposure with the ability to lead international teams.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
