We are looking for a Health Unit Coordinator - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Health Unit Coordinator - LPN, you will support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care services to our patients/residents. Your responsibilities will include transcribing medication and treatment orders, coordinating care activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Genesis Pharmacy Program.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders under nurse supervision.
• Implement and coordinate the Genesis Pharmacy Program.
• Collaborate with the medical team to meet program objectives.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking healthcare provider appointments.
