Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Paralegal certification or experience is highly desired.
• Paylocity experience is a plus.
