Job Description

DISH is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Internet Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be representing DISH in customers' homes daily, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions and providing an excellent customer experience. Our dedication to customer experience has earned us the J.D. Power award for #1 in Overall Customer Satisfaction for the sixth year in a row.

Responsibilities

  • Install and service DISH TV and Smart Home products in customers' homes.
  • Educate and consult homeowners on their smart home possibilities.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience with every home visit.

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Capability to work at heights, lift over 70 lbs, and work in all weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in the state of employment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
