Foundever is currently seeking an Intuit Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experience solutions, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and contribute to ongoing training and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow professionally with a reputable company.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
