- Manage overall daily operations and execute the Jack in the Box systems and processes with accountability and discretion.
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, select, build, train, coach, and lead a team to provide exceptional service at all times.
- Build restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience managing a service concept with full profit & loss responsibility.
- ServSafe certified.
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and be on your feet for the majority of a shift.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of a personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other locations as needed.
