Job Description

We are looking for a Kentucky Medication Aide to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Certified Medication Technician, you will play a crucial role in administering medications and treatments to our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as scheduled, following the medication administration protocol.
• Document medication administration accurately and notify relevant personnel of resident condition changes.
• Maintain medication records, assist with medication orders, and ensure medication room organization.
• Assist residents with necessary equipment and participate in incident reporting and investigation.

Requirements

• Experience working with the elderly population is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to attend monthly in-services.
• CPR certification and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
