As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment. Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the kitchen
• Monitor food quality and uphold food safety standards
• Oversee inventory, food ordering, and stock management
• Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff
• Implement waste management procedures and monitor food costs
• Resolve kitchen issues and maintain records of kitchen operations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred
• Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen equipment

Compensation

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year + Bonus + Benefits
