Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join the Keene Family YMCA team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing quality childcare services, implementing the curriculum, and fostering a nurturing environment based on the YMCA core values.
Responsibilities
- Implement curriculum within guidelines.
- Design and execute daily lesson/activity plans.
- Supervise children and classroom activities.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain program site, equipment, and records.
- Participate in program activities and training.
Requirements
- Meets NH state educational and experience qualifications.
- At least 21 years old.
- CPR/First Aid/AED and Child Abuse Prevention certifications.
- Health form completion.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in child development.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
